Masakan Pahang

Kari Kepala Ikan

Bahan-bahan

    * kepala ikan besar lebih kurang 600g (ikan apa pun)
    * kacang bendi 8 biji
    * 2 biji cili potong dua
    * 1 biji tomato
    * 1 1/2 bungkus rempah kari ikan
    * sedikit halba campur
    * santan pekat 1/2 cawan
    * daun kari
    * garam dan 1/2 cwn santan cair
    * 4 biji bwg merah n 1 ulas bwg putih (tumbuk sehigga halus)
    * 2 biji bwg merah n 1 ulas bwg ptih (potong nipis utk d tumis)
    * air



Cara-cara

   1. mula-mula letakkan rempah/serbuk kari dlm 1 mangkuk campur bersama santan cair air perahan asam jawa
   2. tumbuk bawang merah dan bawang putih gaulkan bersama rempah tadi
   3. panaskan minyak, tumis halba campur bersama bawang merah, setelah kekuningn masukkan daun kari
   4. masukkan bancuhan rempah kari tadi ...tutup periuk dan kecilkan api
   5. masak sehingga pecah minyak kemudian masukkan sedikit air dan santan pekat
   6. setelah menggelegak masukkan kepala ikan,kacang bendi,cili ,tomato dan garam secukup rasa




Fish Head Curry
 
Ingredient

     * head of big fish about 600g of fish (whatever type of fish)
     * beans okra 8 pcs
     * 2 chillies cut into two
     * 1 large tomato
     * 1 1 / 2 packs of fish curry
     * plus a little halba
     * coconut milk 1 / 2 cup
     * curry leaves
     * salt and 1 / 2 cup coconut milk
     * 4 pcs onion and 1 clove garlic (finely mashed)
     * 2 whole cloves 1 onion n garlic (cut thin for stir fry)
     * water

How To

    1. Firstly, put the spice / curry powder in 1 cup coconut milk mixed with tamarind water extraction
    2. crushed onion and garlic with spice mix today
    3. Heat oil, saute the onion with halba mixed after yellowish enter curry leaves
    4. add curry mixture, cover the pot earlier ... and reduce the heat
    5. Enter up to break the oil and hit little water and coconut milk
    6. Cook simmer after fish heads, okra beans, chilies, tomatoes and salt
