Masakan Kelantan

Kurma Ayam

Bahan-bahan

* 600gram Ayam @ Daging
* Pes KURMA AYAM & DAGING
* 3 biji kentang
* 2 biji bawang besar (1 biji dihiris dan 1 biji dibelah empat)
* 4 ulas bawang putih (diketuk dan dicincang)
* 2 inci halia (diketuk)
* 2 biji tomato(dipotong ikut suka)
* Air
* Santan Pekat
* Sedikit minyak untuk menumis


Cara-cara

Panaskan minyak, masukkan bawang putih, bawang besar yang dihiris dan halia, kacau sehingga kekuningan.
Masukkan pes KURMA AYAM & DAGING bersama air, kacau sebati. Kemudian masukkan ayam atau daging dan kentang. Biarkan ayam atau daging dan kentang sedikit tenggelam, ceduk kuah dan siram ke atas ayam, ulang sehingga puas hati. Biarkan mendidih.
Kemudian masukkan santan pekat bersama tomato. Ceduk dan ulang sehingga kuah santan mendidih, perlahankan api. Kacau dan biarkan seketika. Padamkan api dan ulang kacau agar santan tidak pecah minyak. Selesai, boleh dihias dengan daun saderi, daun bawang dan bawang goreng jika suka. Sedap dihidang bersama nasi panas dan sedikit ulam. Selamat mencuba!!


Chicken Kurma
Ingredient

* 600 grams Chicken @ Meat
* Paste KURMA OF CHICKEN & MEAT
